You can recycle batteries for free and generate funds for LauraLynn, Ireland's Children's Hospice
Bring back wasted batteries either to shops that sell batteries, or other collection points, including Council offices and recycling centres free of charge.
No purchase is required in order to return waste batteries. Any shop that sells batteries must accept waste batteries from the public on a like for like basis free of charge. All shops selling batteries must have containers to take back the batteries and signage telling the public at the points of sale.
